Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Aarke boxes and include all manuals and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
